Crew One Nashville is currently seeking an Operations Assistant to support our Nashville team. This role provides administrative and executive level support in the world of live events. The Operations Assistant will often handle details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative, team-oriented environment.

Crew One is a production labor company with offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Atlanta, Miami, and includes a traveling Festival Department. Each office supports the other with several large-scale events. We provide best in class technical services for rigging, staging, lighting, video and sound production at some of the most popular concert halls, arenas, amphitheaters, stadiums and music festivals in the country. Our crews work on production for some of the biggest names in entertainment today, and our clients include the world's leading entertainment and concert promoters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Assist Operations Manager in booking contractors for daily crew calls

-Manage & organize all details of each event from beginning to end

-Effectively communicate all event details to clients and contractors

-Maintain accurate call/contractor information in our company database

-Answer phones

-Help contractors with administrative questions, such as event related details

-Schedule and coordinate all office event calendars

-Book hotels when needed for traveling crew

-Keep track of receipts/records for accounting purposes

-Perform data entry and administrative duties

-Handle a large volume of detail-oriented information efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Production and/or touring experience strongly preferred , but not required

-Strong ability to prioritize and multitask

-Strong organizational skills

-Deadline and detail-oriented

-Computer literate with Office 365 experience

-Efficient with Google Sheets

-Self-Motivated

-Ability to handle high pressure situations with professionalism

-Critical thinking skills required

-Positive attitude a must

-Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
