We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Team & help us keep growing. If you're dedicated and ambitious, Crew Carwash is an excellent place to grow your career. The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner works with the Vice President of Human Resources, Area Directors, Location Managers, and HR Team Members to provide exceptional HR Support to all Team Members at Crew Carwash. The HR Business Partner will champion Crew’s Culture, supporting employee relations, safety, performance management, employee engagement, policy and procedure development, and general HR Administration. The HR Business Partner reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Primary Responsibilities
The following responsibilities outline critical aspects of the Human Resources (HR) Business Partner position.
  • Provides General HR Support to Field and Support Center Team Members
  • Develops, Implements, and Trains on HR and Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Leads Workers’ Compensation Case Management
  • Supports Employee Relations Investigations
  • Leads and Administers the Performance Management and Appraisal Process
  • Leads and Administers Employee Engagement Programs
  • Completes General HR Administration & other Duties as Assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources
What do we need from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew’s internal customer
