Crew Carwash, Inc. is Hiring a HR Business Partner Near Fishers, IN
- Provides General HR Support to Field and Support Center Team Members
- Develops, Implements, and Trains on HR and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Leads Workers’ Compensation Case Management
- Supports Employee Relations Investigations
- Leads and Administers the Performance Management and Appraisal Process
- Leads and Administers Employee Engagement Programs
- Completes General HR Administration & other Duties as Assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew’s internal customer
- Group health, dental and vision plan
- Education assistance (up to $3,500/year) - Good for undergraduate or graduate study
