Job Summary:
Manages a designated fleet of drivers in order to safely meet company expectation for driver productivity and asset utilization
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Friday-Monday: Friday and Monday 8a-5p Saturday and Sunday 8a-9p

What we need:
- Performs supervisory responsibilities, as needed, to effectively manage drivers including coaching, planning, assigning work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
- Balances time off requests made by drivers with the operational need to move freight.
- Communicates with drivers to optimize driver productivity and reduce driver turnover.
- Tracks all loads from the time of dispatch until deliver and resolves any service issues.
- Someone who is detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and is able to multi-task effectively.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
