Crestwood Operations, LLC is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Kansas City, MO

SUMMARY

The Office Administrator position at Crestwood Midstream Partners is a full-time, contract-to-hire position. The Office Administrator is responsible for providing office support to the Kansas City office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following:

Office Support

  • Organize and maintain office supply inventory in mail room and break rooms
  • Stock break rooms, conference rooms and mail rooms for employee and visitor use
  • Distribute mail and packages to appropriate personnel via physical delivery and scan if needed
  • Organize office environment to ensure the space is being used to maximum capacity
  • Schedule routine maintenance requests with building management and third-party vendors as needed
  • Stock sanitizer and disinfectant throughout the office to ensure health and safety of employees
  • Ensure building and parking garage access is fully functional for all employees
  • Maintain seating chart and company calendar for Kansas City office
  • Support Executive Administrators as needed

Sustainability

  • Organize company attended sponsorship events and coordinate with hosts
  • Track and maintain invoices paid to community sponsors
  • Monitor and report data shared on near misses, safe acts or unsafe acts in the office

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter: ability to work with limited supervision
  • Able to communicate effectively and appropriately to all levels of employees including C level Executives
  • Flexible and willing to take initiative
  • Able and willing to handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred

  • Ability to work in a safe manner and remain alert during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to work or field locations, and/or to attend meetings or training.
  • Ability to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office or private office.
  • Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels.
