The successful candidate will be responsible for taking detailed and confidential notes during both open and executive session meetings. This is a part-time position, involving a total of six meetings per year, with a focus on education board meetings.Key Responsibilities: Attend open and executive session meetings as the designated note taker.Capture accurate and comprehensive minutes during meetings, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive discussions. Compile and organize meeting notes systematically and securely sharing with the Executive Assistant, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.Previous experience in confidential note-taking or a similar role is required. Familiarity with education board meetings and related terminology is highly recommended. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.This is a part-time position with an estimated commitment of six meetings throughout the school year. These meetings are during the school day.
