Overview
Our direct client in Hartford County is hiring for a talented Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Description
Collaborate with Product Owners to schedule and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions with business groups on large, complex and/or strategic epics
Conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, etc., in order to document requirements, validate existing requirements and create new user stories. This also includes statutory requirements.
Identifying and build relationships with all necessary stakeholders for various projects. This may include Product Owners, Product Managers, IT team, etc.
Support developers and testers through the prioritization of user stories. Mentors more junior business analysts and associate business analysts.
Conduct requirements walkthrough with development and testing teams. Ensure clarification and understanding on all requirements and obtain sign-off.
Review coverage of test conditions and prioritize test scenarios for QA team.
