Creekstone Apartments is Hiring an Apartment Property Manager Near Greeley, CO

Team Asset Mgmt. Corp. is looking for Qualified, Organized and Detailed Apartment Community PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CREEKSTONE APTS. IGreeley, CO - 200 units.

The Community Manager manages and oversees full staff for optimal performance with the departments of maintenance/leasing/cleaning, regarding full property operations, and maintaining quality operations, curb appeal, and assure quality make readies to attract and serve the residents. All aiding in meeting high standards of leasing, customer service, property, rent collections, and all other financial cost/budget goals. Seeking an energetic, problem solver that is organized/timely, studies the market for best rent results, a good planner to produce positive results within all areas, positive leadership skills. Understanding and managing maintenance to include reoccurring areas such as make readies, work orders, seasonal along with one-time and /or unusual work situations and all cleaning requirements. Marketing is a main stay to optimize leasing & best rent results. Able to analyze rents & specials in the market.

Your Job Includes:

· Lead, direct, and maintain all facets necessary of a community with efficiency, a sense of urgency to provide the best quality service and customer satisfaction all while following Company Policies & Procedures, Fair Housing, and Budgetary Guidelines.

· Train and manage Leasing staff members on proper leasing techniques; understand the market; sources of our advertising and to provide positive customer service. Manage and coordinate effective maintenance routines.

Experiences & Skills:

· 2 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily rentals.

· Strong leadership & Marketing skills.

· Apartment Association courses and accreditations a plus.

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically resident record-keeping systems.

· Experience in marketing and/or sales.

· Customer Service

· Other Managerial positions.

· Experience & knowledge of maintenance requirements.

· Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

· Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Our Company Commitment Offers:

· Compensation: based on experience, annual salary range $70,000 to $75,000, plus quarterly, and other bouses when applicable; can include monthly Rent discounts up to Free Rent.
