Team Asset Management Corp seeks for Creekstone Apartments in Greeley, CO a Community Manager.
Community Manager:
The Community Manager oversees all site staff for optimal property operations to attract and serve the residents while keeping all property aspects in aesthetic, and physical needs in quality condition. Walks and inspects all move outs and make readies with Maintenance for budgeting. Looking for an energetic, hands on problem solver that is organized/timely, task oriented to produce positive results for leasing/marketing, maintenance, budgeting and cost controls. Being a TEAM leader as a person that trains their staff thoroughly. This role also encompasses understanding maintenance; cleaning requirements; as well marketing to optimize leasing & rents.
Your Job Includes:
· Lead, direct, and maintain all facets necessary to a community with efficiency, a sense of urgency to provide the best quality service and customer satisfaction through following Company Policies and Budgetary Guidelines.
· Train Leasing staff members on proper leasing techniques; know their market; sources of our advertising and to present positive customer service.
· Work with Maintenance for effective coordination of regular and non-reoccurring schedules & responsibilities & duties.
· Follow/train all Safety aspects and Policies, and ensure staff does the same.
· Coordinate and maintain the property is clean, attractive, has great curb appeal, and all amenities in good order and condition; report any areas of the property damage or that are aesthetically challenged.
· Manage the community’s operation budget for positive profitability.
· Understanding of the operations complexities with respect to physical property, residents, vendors, employee relations, and the daily tasks associated with the position.
Experiences & Skills:
· 2 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily rentals.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically resident records keeping systems.
· Experience in marketing and/or sales.
· Customer Service
· Experience & knowledge of maintenance requirements.
· Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Bilingual Spanish/Preferred; Certified CAM or ARM a plus.

· Compensation: depends on experience, annual salary range is $60,000 to $67,000.
