- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the sales cycle
- Generate quotes and proposals for both existing customers and new prospects
- Process customer orders, respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain forecasts and expedite parts as needed to maintain on-time delivery
- Seek opportunities for increasing sales with current customers and develop relationships with new customers
- Manage time efficiently, set and meet personal goals that align with the company’s master plan
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in sales, applications, or mechanical engineering
- Engineering / technical aptitude required
- Experience in production manufacturing required
- Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Excellent computer skills
