Creed Monarch Inc. is Hiring a Shipping Clerk Near New Britain, CT
Hands-on full time position responsible for picking and shipping orders on time, accurate recordings of shipped materials required and use of computer system a must. Good communications is key in a teamwork environment.
- Responsible for material flow from inventory to delivery.
- Record promptly and accurately all transactions/documentation. Accuracy is a must.
- Maintain accurate identification of inventory records.
- 3 years’ experience a plus.
- Must be comfortable and familiar with shipping computer systems.
- 42 hours includes overtime.
- Use material handling equipment (hand truck, hoist/crane, and forklift).
- Other assigned tasks possibly in other departments, when needed.
- Meet all physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to work independently.
- Right candidate must have good math and reading skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must report to work daily on time and work entire schedule, attendance is important.
Salary will vary pending experience.
