As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Credit.com, you will be at the forefront of our interactions with financial services advertisers, serving as their day-to-day contact. With responsibility for at least 30 accounts, you'll manage a range of tasks including reporting, compliance, campaign execution, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Success in this role requires a blend of relentless curiosity, organization, problem-solving skills, and a strong background in affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day partner requests such as reporting, compliance, marketing approvals, optimization decisions, and billing.
• Serve as a technical liaison between advertising partners and Credit.com, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Identify revenue opportunities through proactive cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal Analytics and Marketing teams.
• Utilize data analysis and contextual insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Cultivate trust and strong relationships with advertising partners, prioritizing client satisfaction and goal achievement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a technology-based account management, client service, or business operations role, with a strong emphasis on affiliate marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, coupled with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-Level executives.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with a track record of leveraging data to inform strategic initiatives.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, including familiarity with creative approval processes, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Understanding of personal finance websites and products, including credit cards, savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
