THE POSITION
We are hiring a marketing manager who can work as a part of a small team and will thrive with planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of marketing activities. This position will be responsible for lead generation, growth marketing, and will own several marketing channels.
This person will need to have great attention to detail, prior experience in campaign management, and the ability to produce a high quality of work across multiple areas in marketing.
There is a lot of opportunity in opening and owning new marketing channels to grow the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5 years professional experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to designing and following best-practice processes
Strong command of digital marketing best practices and comfortable leading digital marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
Highly versed in content/nurture marketing principles
Creative, pithy, and astute verbal and written communicator, with a strong command of spelling and grammar
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and marketing list management
Experience working with both HubSpot and Google Analytics
Ability to roll up your sleeves and do hands on work with the marketing team
PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field
Experience and/or interest in the dental services industry
Experience and/or interest in the dental industry
Experience in B2B Marketing
Experience personally managing digital advertising platforms
Experience in driving demand force– you built the campaigns, wrote, them and didn’t just oversee or create strategy for them
