THE COMPANY

The Dental A Team is the creator of The Dental A Team Podcast, a top dental consulting podcast for dentists. Pretty cool, huh? We’ve quickly grown to be the most recognized doctor and team consulting company for dentists. 

More than that, we’re changing the way dentists feel about leadership, profitability, team accountability with our newly released program, Practice Momentum. 

Sound like a mouthful? It’s really just about doctor and team alignment, becoming a systematized practice and ease in a way so our clients spend their time living their best lives knowing their practices are thriving.

THE POSITION

We are hiring a marketing manager who can work as a part of a small team and will thrive with planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of marketing activities. This position will be responsible for lead generation, growth marketing, and will own several marketing channels. 

This person will need to have great attention to detail, prior experience in campaign management, and the ability to produce a high quality of work across multiple areas in marketing. 

There is a lot of opportunity in opening and owning new marketing channels to grow the business. 

JOBS TO BE DONE

  • Project management and delivery of all marketing tasks on time

  • Manage lead generation strategies and own the demand generation engine

  • Develop content and provide creative direction

    • Podcast

    • eGuides

    • Articles

    • Webinars

    • Videos

    • Social Posts

    • Presentations

  • Manage content promotions, demand generation, lead nurture

    • Paid and Organic Social Media Campaigns

    • Paid Display Campaigns (Programmatic, Retargeting, etc.)

    • Search Engine Optimization

    • Email Marketing Campaigns / Marketing Automation

    • Video and Digital Photography Production

    • Virtual and In-person Events

  • Own brand messaging and promotional assets

  • Run methodical qualitative and quantitative marketing tests to identify the most effective and efficient channels, messaging, calls-to-action, and buyer journeys

  • Analyze and report on digital marketing initiative results

  • Direct our marketing technology stack initiatives

    • HubSpot

    • Slack

    • Google Analytics

    • Libsyn

    • Zoom Webinars

    • Wordpress

    • ClickUp

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years professional experience developing and executing marketing campaigns

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to designing and following best-practice processes

  • Strong command of digital marketing best practices and comfortable leading digital marketing campaigns from concept to delivery

  • Highly versed in content/nurture marketing principles

  • Creative, pithy, and astute verbal and written communicator, with a strong command of spelling and grammar

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and marketing list management

  • Experience working with both HubSpot and Google Analytics

  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and do hands on work with the marketing team

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field

  • Experience and/or interest in the dental services industry

  • Experience and/or interest in the dental industry

  • Experience in B2B Marketing

  • Experience personally managing digital advertising platforms

  • Experience in driving demand force– you built the campaigns, wrote, them and didn’t just oversee or create strategy for them

  • Lead generation is the primary focus and MQL numbers are being met
