Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director, the Assistant Director will provide support related to school and classroom programs, data management, vendor coordination, and family communications.

• Maintain the student enrollment database
• Schedule meetings as requested
• Support and anticipate the needs of Administration in oversight of daily operations
• Provide reports to Administration as needed
• Greet visitors and field phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Check and respond to emails
• Maintain and update files
• Serve as the initial point of contact for small client issues
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
- Minimum of one year of prior leadership
-Willingness to learn new software specific to the business
- Thorough knowledge of office etiquette
- Ability to work well with families/children
- High level of communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of office procedures, clerical aptitude and typing skills
- Ability to perform simultaneous multiple tasks
- Ability to analyze problems effectively and communicate with administration
- Ability to work regular office hours as they are set, with some flexibility
- Knowledge of childhood development is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
