Position: Marketing and Office Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Northern California

Hours: 9AM-1PM, Monday-Friday (Flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP): Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks for timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Communicate with customers via email regarding past due invoices and payment status.
• Marketing and Business Development: Utilize various social media platforms to promote Creative Supports, Inc. and support the sales team.
• Monthly Product Flier: Coordinate and send out sales promotions using Constant Contact.
• Website Maintenance: Update images, descriptions, and pricing on our website.
• General Office Duties: Assist with filing and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask various duties.
• Honest self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and Social Media Marketing.

Pay: $25.60 - $28.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
