Responsibilities of the role- Senior Tax Analyst:

• Provide support in relation to federal and state tax compliance for U.S. offices, including:
• Review of tax return inputs received from Finance UK and U.S. Payroll & Benefits team for accuracy
• Preparation of internal workpapers
• Review of Schedules K-1 and tax returns prepared by external tax advisors
• Cost of performance analysis for state revenue sourcing Make filing recommendations to Senior U.S. Tax Manager based on results of the analysis.
• Assist U.S. Tax Manager with quarterly review of market sourcing sales analysis
• Perform and review quarterly account analysis to ensure expenses are properly classified for tax purposes
• Assist with quarterly review of fixed asset accounts on balance sheet to ensure accuracy of reporting on various tax returns
• Prepare imputed income analysis and provide imputable amounts to U.S. Payroll & Benefits team
• Manage annual U.S. tax filings for 450 U.S. nonresident partners, including leading weekly/biweekly calls with external tax advisors

Preferred Qualifications- Senior Tax Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's Degree in Tax or Accounting a plus
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant
• 4 years of experience in public accounting/industry with a focus on partnership tax (minimum 2 years in public accounting preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in a matrix organization
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Access and Adobe Acrobat; 3E experience preferred
