Senior Revenue Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES of Senior Revenue Accountant:
The Senior Revenue Accountant will prepare sales and revenue related financial reporting for management and commercial team including variance commentary and analysis
The Senior Revenue Accoutnant will prepare and review A/R, Deferred Revenue, Allowances and related accounts
Prepare journal entries, assist with monthly closings and preparation of financial statements and quarterly disclosures
Assist with external audit requests and tax return prep
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
The Senior Revenue Accountant will account for sales commissions and reconcile with payroll
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Senior Revenue Accountant:
We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently, and desire to build a long-term career. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you are able to work effectively with minimal oversight, while also functioning well in a team environment.
2-3 years' experience in revenue accounting
ASC 606 Revenue Recognition experience
SOX 404 experience
Advanced Excel skills
