Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a contstruction organization in South Windsor looking to hire a Billing Clerk in the upcoming weeks.
They have partnered with us to find a candidate with a minimum of 2-4 years of billing, receivables or collections experience.
About the role as a Billing Clerk :
This role is temp-to-hire
This position runs 8 : 00-5 : 00 in office M-F
The Billing Clerk COULD work remotely at time once it becomes permanent
Billing Clerk Responsabilities :
The Billing Clerk will prepare customer billings based on sales activity
Review credit balances, transfers and apply adjustments to billing records
Ensure outstanding AR balances are followed up on according to the schedule
Support AR department with any customer related issues including credit memos and invoices
What we're looking for :
The Billing Clerk should be comfortable speaking on the phone, in a professional mannor
The Billing Clerk should have previous, hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable
Basic excel skills are ok-exposure to Pivot tables or any advanced function is certainly a bonus
