   • Handle construction draws and process draw requests promptly.
   • Allocate draw requests against line items in the budget accurately.
   • Generate change orders and appropriately assign them to the budget.

2. Financial Transition:

   • Convert financial data from construction accounting software to property management accounting software seamlessly.
   • Assist in property accounting activities for multiple properties.

3. Collaborative Budget Work:

   • Work collaboratively with team members on the development of project budgets.
   • Contribute to the creation of new processes aimed at enhancing financial efficiency.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

   • Prepare and analyze financial records, providing insightful reports to the management team.
   • Present analysis findings, offering strategic recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Prior experience in construction accounting is essential.
