The Payroll Specialist is responsible for completing all aspects of the daily payroll functions for their clients within the Payroll Department. This position implements and maintains payroll systems procedures and policies for the company as well as building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete daily payroll functions, data entry, and report generation.
- Assist in setting up new clients in payroll software.
- Ensure high client retention through quality service.
- Collaborate with partners on payroll issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of payroll systems.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction.
- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience.
- Organizational proficiency in oral and written communication.
