RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OPERATIONS FINANCE MANAGER:
- Reporting to the CFO, this role be the liaison between the plants and corporate, focusing on P&L ownership of the plants, Manufacturing Costs, Freight Costs, Inventory, Material/COGS, Fixed Plant
- Partner with VP of operations, site managers, and key stakeholders
- Responsible for Monthly and weekly reporting for plant decision-making
- Drive plant performance management
- Responsible for financial KPI insights and non-Financial KPI reporting
- Cap Ex partner for Group and plant
- Annual and periodic Standard cost updates
- Inventory finance partner for W/O, long inventory, and decision insights
- Cost savings program finance lead for plant and procurement savings, and freight efficiencies
- Review and improve finance processes
- Fixed asset Ownership/Cap Ex Partner
- Operations Project support
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE OPERATIONS FINANCE MANAGER:
- 5 years progressive finance/accounting experience
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong understanding of cost
- Strong analysis skills
- Advanced Excel & business modeling skills required
