Overview of the Human Resources Associate role :
- Screen resumes and call applicants to schedule interviews
- Assist with walk-in interviews
- Assist with New Hire onboarding
- Filing, scanning, updating tracking spreadsheets, and other administrative duties as assigned
- Looking up information, screening resumes, and setting up interviews
- Other HR and Administrative tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Associate :
- High school degree minimum : additional degree or certifications is a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR role preferred
- Must have very strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
