Overview of the Human Resources Associate role :

  • Screen resumes and call applicants to schedule interviews
  • Assist with walk-in interviews
  • Assist with New Hire onboarding
  • Filing, scanning, updating tracking spreadsheets, and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Looking up information, screening resumes, and setting up interviews
  • Other HR and Administrative tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Associate :

  • High school degree minimum : additional degree or certifications is a plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR role preferred
  • Must have very strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
