The Human Resources and Operations Specialist Role

As the Human Resources and Operations Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with various HR initiatives, including talent management, performance reviews, and legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, training sessions, and employee surveys.
• Act as a liaison between HR and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage the employee database, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
• Coordinate communication with job candidates and schedule interviews.
• Oversee logistics and event management for Board meetings.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Board of Trustees.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field a strong
• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
• Top-notch customer service orientation.
• A talent for building rapport and fostering positive working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS programs.
• A proven track record of collaborating effectively across departments.
