Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant :
- Assist with all documentation and due diligence for benefits enrollment. Directly communicate with staff regarding questions
- Full cycle recruitment
- Special projects such as automation of filing process, onboarding, creation of policies and procedures
Experience Preferred
- One year of HR or related experience, but very open to recent grads with an interest in HR!
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
