Office Setup: Hybrid schedule - only need to be in the office 1-2 days a week

Salary: $110K - $130K, with a chance for a 15% bonus

What You'll Do:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and make sure financial reports for our funds are accurate and timely.
• Make sure the finance side of things is in line with standards, company policies, and agreements.
• Lead in a proactive way, taking ownership and being adaptable.

What They're Looking For:

• 4-7 years of experience in private equity fund accounting, especially with institutional investors. Real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in public accounting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Good with MS Office, especially Excel.
• CPA or working towards it is a bonus.
• Knowing Yardi and/or Intralinks is helpful but not required.
