Location & schedule : 100% remote or hybrid in Southfield, MI area (for training)

Duties: for Billing Specialist- volume is $5M per month (2 positions)
- Review contracts for billing terms
- Create invoices
- Post customer payments
- Research and resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or AA degree preferred
- Experience with full cycle A/R, preferably in media billing
- Netsuite experience preferred - or larger ERP experience.
- Able to work in high volume- fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to work collaboratively within a team.
