Job Description: As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:
- Code, enter, and process AP invoices
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payments and checks
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.

Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly.
- Receive and apply customer payments accurately.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection actions.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances.
Position Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 2 years in Accounts Payable
