The Mission for Certi-Dry is to be the first responder and trusted adviser to our clients, and to protect, save, mitigate, and rebuild our client’s properties with compassion and commitment through service excellence, by investing in quality personnel with extensive training in disaster management and remediation.

The primary responsibility of this role is to process accounting transactions, invoicing, generating reports, reconciliations and complete sales and use tax filings.

Required Skills:

• Associate's degree in accounting or equitable work experience
• 4-6 years experience as an accounting clerk with progressive responsibilities
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Experience working in QuickBooks
• Previous experience in a production environment with experience in project invoicing and billing preferred
• Demonstrated assertiveness and self-confidence
• Demonstrated tenacity to investigate and resolve open issues with payables, payroll, supplements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet time sensitive deadlines and organize workload with general supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication, portraying a high degree of professionalism
• High level attention to detail with demonstrated critical thinking skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
