Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable, 3-way match, weekly check runs, ACH processing
• Accounts Receivable – cash applications, account reconciliations, variance research, credit memos, and aging management
• Account, credit card, and bank reconciliations
• Cross department communication about vendor accounts

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Solid understanding of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Proactive in tackling challenges
• Comfortable working independently and proactive in asking questions and communicating status updates
