Key Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our finance team, the Accounting Specialist will play a pivotal role in refining and optimizing critical financial processes, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR):

1. Accounts Payable (AP):

   • Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor records, meticulously addressing and resolving discrepancies.
   • Proactively manage overdue invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
   • Streamline AP processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
   • Process invoices with precision, maintaining a keen eye for detail.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR):

   • Conduct thorough cleanup and reconciliation of AR accounts, contributing to the overall accuracy of financial records.
   • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to resolve outstanding receivables and foster strong cross-departmental relationships.
   • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the AR workflow, ensuring a smooth and streamlined process.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in using accounting software; experience with Business Central is a plus.
