Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Supervise accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in adherence to relevant standards and regulations, ensuring confidentiality.
• Implement and maintain internal controls for revenue, costs, and budgets, coordinating audit activities seamlessly.
• Analyze financial data regularly, presenting accurate and timely reports, and updating senior leadership on financial status.
• Assist CFO in communicating financial trends to the board's audit and finance committees.
• Manage financial, project/program, and grants accounting, aligning expenditures with budgets and preparing reporting materials for grants.
• Streamline cash flow forecasting in collaboration with program vice presidents, evaluating and enhancing finance systems for program support.
