RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR:
- The Accounting Administrator will review purchase authorizations and enter them into the system.
- The Accounting Administrator will proof the authorizations and monitor the email for authorizations coming in the door.
- The position requires strong attention to detail and checking systems/paperwork for duplicate entries.
- This role will work in Excel and be responsible for running various reports.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- The Accounting Administrator will have experience in General Accounting/AP
- Intermediate Excel
- Solid computer skills/Solid data entry
