We are looking for a collaborative Production Manager to oversee all of our projects, production staff, and resources. The ideal candidate for this position is a critical thinker with administrative and organizational skills along with strong management abilities for their staff as well as their own time and priorities. They must be an adept multitasker, and be confident in navigating databases and utilizing various software (Procore, Microsoft Office, and more). They must possess excellent communication both externally (with clients and other collaborators) and internally.
Analytical problem-solvers who do well under pressure will succeed in this role.
The Production Manager spends their time dispersed across all project sites as well as the office, depending on what the day calls for. They report directly to the General Manager.
