We are looking for a collaborative Production Manager to oversee all of our projects, production staff, and resources. The ideal candidate for this position is a critical thinker with administrative and organizational skills along with strong management abilities for their staff as well as their own time and priorities. They must be an adept multitasker, and be confident in navigating databases and utilizing various software (Procore, Microsoft Office, and more). They must possess excellent communication both externally (with clients and other collaborators) and internally.

Analytical problem-solvers who do well under pressure will succeed in this role.

The Production Manager spends their time dispersed across all project sites as well as the office, depending on what the day calls for. They report directly to the General Manager.

Your responsibilities will include (in order of importance):

• Leadership of the Production team in successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget, including hiring and professional development
• Cultivating and enforcing a culture of safety with policies adhered to across all project sites
• Departmental organization and optimization via relevant software vetting and training, data
• analysis and reporting, construction expertise, and representation to Leadership team
• Assurance of quality standards, including training and troubleshooting
• Monitor, manage, and advocate for an optimal Client experience, including satisfaction,
• expectations, and interactions

Benefits & Compensation:

• Salary: $130,000-$170,000 depending on experience
• Vacation: 2 weeks 6 holidays

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction industry as a proven leader
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
• Proficiency in industry software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Google suites, etc)
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Critical and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Professionalism in manner and attire
• High School diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree a plus)
• Professional references available
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as necessary to meet production milestones
