Brief Job Description:

We are looking for someone to run our Knoxville, TN territory. Our growing firm is looking for an experienced and ambitious branch manager to oversee all functions of our location from the hiring of employees to managing customer relations to implementing business strategies to running appointments and selling.

Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a great rapport with new customers that will be developed in the area. We’re specifically looking for natural leaders who know what it takes to guide a team to success in a new business region. The successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency, and accountability above all else.

Responsibilities:

• Holds themselves, sales, and the Production Ninjas to the highest standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
• Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
• Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies. Including but not limited to door-to-door, networking and developing referral relationships among other local industries.
• Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
• Quality control to inspect every job to maintain the highest quality for customers.
• Perform service agreement maintenance and handle callbacks.
• Handle customer complaints and collections as necessary
• Handle scheduling of production team and customer care.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Great leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• At least two years of experience in management, finance, sales, or a relevant business role.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.

Compensation and Benefits:

$65,000 and up
