Cranney Home Services is looking for an experienced Drain Tech. The Drain Tech would be running snakes and cameras down drains and main lines to clear lines & show customers the cause of the clog. You will review what services are needed as well as perform general drain clearing and repair. From small drains to the mainline stacks in this position you will be covering it all. What must be complete:

• Complete our 6-step customer Service System.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose- “What is the problem?”
• Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter.
• General drain clearing and repairing.
• Communicate and educate the customer about the issue.

How success will be measured:

• Complete 4 calls a day.
• Maintain a 90% conversion rate goal.
• Meet the company’s daily revenue target.
• Overall performance.

• 3 years of experience.
• Plumbing experience is a plus!
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus!
• Customer service skills.
• Communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to problem solve.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
