Customer Service Representative

Description Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse (CrankyApe.com) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hastings, MN. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and rotating Saturday's 9:00am to 12:00pm.

As a Customer Service Representative at CrankyApe.com, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. This position will handle the flow of people and assist with inquiries and ensure that all Customer Service Representative responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities:**

* Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

* Process cash, certified check or wire payments.

* Assist with processing title work.

* Assist with answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails while providing basic information when needed.

* Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, creating USPS and UPS labels, etc.

Requirements

* High School Diploma/GED or higher.

* Must be comfortable handling and counting cash.

* Experience in a front office (or something similar).

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Solid communication skills (both written and verbal).

* Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

* Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
