Essential Job Functions

• Use Power BI and Microsoft Excel to provide Manager and Director with monthly sales and revenue/margin data analysis.
• Make recommendations to improve existing and create new spreadsheets/dashboards to better identify opportunities to gain revenue and improve margin in support of business objectives.
• Provide Analytics and review strategic market intel data for testing, approval, and sales of OE approved alternate opportunities at customer sites.
• Communicate information gathered through calls, emails and client feedback as needed through the submittal of sales call reports
• Update program tracking and profitability logs as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Analytics preferred
• 2 – 3 years of experience in sales or business analysis
• Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
