We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell additional drinks and food items to increase revenue
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient bar operations

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Sales skills to upsell additional items and increase revenue
- Time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred

Pay: $7.25 - $11.00 per hour
