Crème de la Crème is hiring Summer Camp Teachers.

We are seeking Summer Camp Teachers to join us for Summer 2022! (If you are interested in continuing to work with Crème after the summer position ends, just let us know- we are year round!)

The Crème de la Crème curriculum involves frequent rotation, which creates lower student to teacher ratios, leading to happier staff and a higher retention rate.

Primary and Enrichment Teachers work side-by-side to move our children through lessons in art, second language, coding & robotics, culinary arts, and creative movement.

Each of our facilities provides multiple play areas for children to engage in learning and fun: a library, an indoor and an outdoor play area, and depending on the location, a bowling alley or a water park.

We offer all of our employees on-going education through annual in-service training, professional development, and online training.

As a Crème de la Crème Summer Camp Teacher, you will spend your days:

· Delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children, while executing the Crème curriculum, and maintaining classroom management.

· Creating, submitting, and implementing of approved lesson plans and curriculum.

· Maintaining the upkeep of classrooms and equipment inside and outside.

· Building positive relationships with and practicing open and honest communication with parents, co-workers, and Crème de la Crème management.

· Consistently interacting in a positive developmentally appropriate way with the children; role modeling appropriate behavior and language for children.
