CR Insurance Group is Hiring an Inbound Call Specialist Near Miami, FL

CR INSURANCE GROUP, LLC is a small business in Miami, FL. We are professional, agile and innovative.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all the necessary information to Agents who have doubts, questions or problems when making an application, be it Obamacare, Medicare, or general issues.
  • Identify the needs of Agents.
  • They must have security themselves to transmit it to the Agent.
  • Carry out call termination with problem resolution.
  • Listen carefully to questions and concerns and respond quickly with a resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Document personal information to create, update, or adjust agent accounts.
  • Document important Agent information for future reference.
  • Provide and respond to feedback on any aspect of the job or your duties.
  • Suggest services to customers based on their requests and needs.
  • Answer incoming calls or generate outgoing calls, in some cases cold calls to follow up on what was requested by the agent.
  • Ask the agent to take a survey at the end of the call about what you thought of the service the representative provided.
  • Create a list of frequently asked questions based on your experience with Agents.
  • Generate detailed reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
  • Perform other tasks as needed by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Agent Support or Customer Service.
  • Basic knowledge of Office.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Call handling control.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude
