Federal Way Audiology, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Bilingual (Korean) Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology. The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
• Insurance verifications & prior authorizations
• Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
• Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
• High School Diploma
• Business school or Associate degree preferred
