Full Job Description
Concho Supply/ CPW is an automotive parts distributor that has proudly served the state of Texas since 1971. As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate inside sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for answering phones, looking up automotive parts in various automotive parts catalogs, and assisting customers . To excel in this position, you need to be able to multi task, communicate well with others, and be very organized. Our company is very goal oriented and is looking for a like minded individual that can be professional, and maintain a quality/ accurate work ethic. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Being a team player to assist in taking care of CPW customers and their needs
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Communicate with customers by phone to assist with ordering the parts needed to fill their order.
- Deliver excellent customer service in person, on the phone, or through email communications.
What You Will Need:
- Experience in the Automotive Parts Industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience in closing sales.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
- Time management skills.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license that meets the criteria under company policy.
Compensation and Perks:
- Monday through Friday (Very few Saturday working days)
- Competitive Salary/Commission: Details will be discussed at interview.
- Paid vacation time, & paid holidays.
- Insurance: Medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and more are available.
- Mainly Business to Business phone and internet sales. Some retail selling of automotive product.
