Overview:
Meers Pest Solutions is seeking a highly organized, sales driven and detail-oriented individual with a friendly phone personality to join our Customer Service team. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling our Service Professionals as well as informing customers of various options of treatment. Your ability to effectively communicate and prioritize tasks will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming service requests and gather necessary information, promptly address customer inquiries
- Schedule Service Professionals to customer locations based on urgency and availability
- Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- Utilize transportation management systems, GPS, and other tools to optimize routes and ensure timely arrivals
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient use of resources
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions
- Assist with phone system management and provide support to customers when needed
-Some billing, collections, and other office duties will apply.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in routing/scheduling or logistics preferred
-Customer service expertise with a strong sales background
-Good sense of direction in Lubbock and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and other related software systems is a plus
- Proficient in multitasking and computer operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Always with a smile.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze information quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
