CPM is a general contractor based in Celina. Our area of expertise is residential property construction, maintenance and service.

We are looking for a responsible self motivated individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule inspections
• Prepare emails
• Assign projects and maintain work schedules
• Enter and update data in quickbooks
• Track work flow

Requirements

• Experience as an administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Mac computer
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Construction knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• MAC: 1 year (Required)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Celina, TX 75009: Relocate before starting work (Required)
