Description

The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to provide office-side tactical support to field service department members as well as the general operations of Cozzini LLC. Position requires High attention to detail and follow-up with both internal and external customers.

This position will report to the Manager, Technical Service

• Generate quotes for service and parts quotes on installations and service calls, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate service schedules to optimize efficiency and meet customer needs.
• Maintain regular communication across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth coordination of service activities.
• Manage ISN, Avetta, and Contractor Compliance, as well as customer-required training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Track PSM (Process Safety Management) and warranty issues, providing timely resolution and reporting as necessary.
• Bill service POs accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Manage and document the movement of demo hardware and service-related shop orders to support sales and service operations.
• Handle and document emergency breakdowns and expedited shipments, including manufactured parts, to minimize downtime for customers.
• Report on customer parts consumption prior to service calls to anticipate needs and optimize service delivery.

Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent experience.
2 years in support role in a technical service environment, preferably capital equipment support

Basic knowledge of mechanical or electro mechanical concepts or systems desired but not required

Bilingual Spanish a plus.
