We are seeking a personable, hardworking, quick learner to join our team. In this position, you will manage and supervise teams during the weekday staging process as well as during our weekend estate sales. You will also evaluate intake lead calls, perform initial in-home assessments, and bring back to the team the details for determining go/no go and event/deal details. Based on your experience, you may come on in a trainee capacity. The ideal candidate will exemplify stellar leadership and customer service skills, have an analytical mind, and deep understanding of business and financial principles.

Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
Examine financial data and budgets and strategize with owner to optimize profitability of events.
Appropriately communicate organizational information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings and appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications.
Support the Owner in creating strategic and operational goals and objectives.
Provide effective performance feedback through team member recognition, rewards and disciplinary action, with the assistance of the owner when necessary.
Develop personal growth opportunities and further the education of yourself and your team.
Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment.
Delegate responsibilities and expect accountability and regular feedback.
Help to hire and train new team members.
Transition into overseeing all operational aspects of the business, setting and monitoring key performance indicators with the Owner and other area leaders periodically.
Tasks that will be required for weekly staging work include: Remove, sort and organize items throughout clients homes, including those in attics, storage areas, etc.
Place items in a logical manner throughout each home (pots in the kitchen, tools in the garage, etc.)
Stage items for display, thus creating a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence.
Evaluate and place a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale.
Qualifications: Ethical, Patient, and Punctual
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Take direction well and be efficient with processes
Customer service oriented
High School diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education or training is a plus
Previous experience as an Operations or Store Manager is preferred
Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
Flexible working hours (work hours and locations will vary from week to week depending on the sizes of clients homes and the number of sales happening within two-week periods)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must have transportation to various locations throughout Lee or Collier counties
Must have access to a working cell phone and email
