Job Summary
A leader with responsibility/accountability for managing the department’s financial requirements to include but not limited to: creating & maintaining monthly financial reports, managing and developing annual budget, training and supporting leaders and staff all in an effort to support the mission and goals of the health system.

- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

- Required: 5-7 Years of Accounting ExperiencePreferred: Experience in healthcare in a professional/technical accounting role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to direct and supervise staff
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
- High attention to detail and accuracy withthe ability to prioritize and coordinate the completion of multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner
