The Employee Relations Coordinator will assist the HR Business Partners in day to day functions to support the HR Department that reflect the objectives of the organization. This position will support various functions of the department, such as leaves of absence, unemployment compensation insurance, and rehire reviews. These responsibilities will be accomplished while utilizing excellent customer service and communication skills.
