Local A/C and Heating company is looking for a highly motivated experienced appointment setter/receptionist to join our team. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. No weekends!

Responsibilities include:

Contacting customers to schedule their ac maintenance
Answer multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently, as well as taking detailed messages
Light data entry

Filing at times

Assisting in day to day tasks

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year appointment setting/phone sales
Ability to contact customers over the phone
Must be very reliable and dependable
Must work well in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to answer multi-line phone system
Must have computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to react to constant changes with customers and management staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
