Job Details
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale projects with Oracle EBS.
- Sound understanding of enterprise-wide solutions like Oracle ERP, PLM, and MES, including interface functionalities.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Project.
- Advanced comprehension of Agile Project Management concepts and methodologies.
- Exposure to the Aerospace & Defense Industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, project estimation, and seamless transition from sales to delivery teams.
- Directly oversee internal and external project initiation and mobilization tasks.
- Maintain regular communication across all levels of the Company and Customer organizations.
- Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and corresponding communication materials.
- Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Estimate resource requirements to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare budget proposals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Plan and coordinate project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Provide progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed.
- Manage multiple concurrent project threads and their interdependencies, involving team members from Customer, and third-party contractors.
- Foster effective collaboration with customer counterparts on a daily basis and ensure adherence to defined project methodologies.
