Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to designated locations efficiently and safely.

Duties:
- Load and unload goods onto the vehicle
- Drive company vehicles following a set route schedule
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Van Driver, Courier, or in a similar role
- Ability to handle physical demands including heavy lifting and moving items
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
